Hands down the best CrossFit gym I've ever been to. This is my second month and I'm so glad I walked in, checked it out and tried their 1 week free trail. From day one the couches have been encouraging, extremely knowledgeable and made me feel welcomed!
Some have negative preconceptions of crossfit stating its bad for your body and will cause injuries due to the workout style. They couldn't be more wrong. Lack of body, motion and technique knowledge in any work out can cause damage. That's why the couches are very adamant about proper technique, form and the weight prescribed.
Personally I cant stand the normal routine of the gym. Having couches and fellow athletes pushing you to excel really helps me. There's a team/family bond that's formed that I truly appreciate and love.
