| - This review is long overdue, but here it is. This happened last summer. I needed an oil change for my mercedes, which was modified to be really close to the ground, and knew that Mr. Lube does not have any speed bumps that could potentially scratch the bottom of my car. I called ahead and described my car to them, and was told that the oil change could be done and that I could come in right away. When I arrived to this location, I was treated really nicely, was offered a complimentary newspaper and a drink, and was told that there was a 10-minute wait, which I did not mind. However, when they were ready to service my car, I was told that they did not have the specific oil filter for my car, because they are not as common. They told me that they could order it for me and I could come in the next day for the oil change. Up to this point, I was treated with respect and everyone was apologetic for the inconvenience. However, both myself and the workers are young, and they felt that they could joke around with me. They made comments about the fact that I drive a car that is so "badass", why I chose such a luxury, modified car, and the fact that I was not willing to spend all day changing the oil in the car. One worker in particular made comments like, "your hair appointment can wait, or your nail appointment, whatever it is you girls do" (my sister was in the car with me). When I started showing signs that I was getting impatient, he said "you look so frustrated with this car stuff, you should have a chariot with a driver that you don't need to look after, having a car is not for you." I couldn't believe that I was being treated like this, and I am NEVER coming back there again.
