rev:text	This review is about getting orthotics from them. If I could give them 0 stars, or negative stars, thats what they deserve. DO NOT have your orthotics done from them unless you like having your appointments continuously canceled and delayed. It seems they contract out the Pedistrist and he literally only comes in once a week for a 3 hour window. When I originally made the appointment, they said he was in both Thursdays and Sundays, but it seems unless they have multiple people signing up for appointments, the doctor doesn't even come in on the Thursday! My initial appointment was very underwhelming, he barely asked any questions and went right to using a digital foot scanner to scan/measure. It seems the camera/scanner method is much less accurate than using a foam mold for your foot. as when I got the orthotics a couple weeks later, it was not the right shape and there was a big round bump right in the dead centre of it! By the way, when they called to tell me to come in to pick up the orthotics, we tried to reschedule twice before they suggested it was possible to just pick up from the other instore employees. When I finally got them, they did not fit! Like I said, there was a big bump in the middle of it and it hurt my feet. I have worn 3 other custom made pair of orthotics from elsewhere and have never had this problem. It has been 5 weeks now where I have tried to make appointments to see the pediatrist to have the orthotics fixed...... I originally had an appointment for 12pm today, but they called to say the pediatrist now can't make it untill 1pm, and is only available until 3pm....... DO NOT GO TO DUFFERIN SPEXX FOR YOUR ORTHOTICS.
