  • When I feel like being overwhelmed I come to Bass Pro Shop. Seriously, this slice of retail is more like a microcosm of some sort... Like a little redneck Disneyland trapped under a giant steel roof. There's just too much cool stuff to look at. Two floors of outdoor goods insanity, boats, archery ranges, hunting stands, a giant freshwater fish aquarium. If you're thinking of going camping I definitely recommend stopping by first because you will definitely step your game up. They have gadgets I've never even heard of to improve activities and functions I never even thought of doing until now. Maybe you want to render your own sausage. Maybe you want to try your hand at home-brewing beer. Heck, maybe you're thinking that this is year you're finally going to fry the Thanksgiving turkey. Most likely you've never even considered any of this sort of stuff but these are things you will think about when perusing the aisles at bass pro shop. You can get anything you need for hunting and fishing too.. Even your license. Pretty convenient. They also sell all kinds of neat snacks and gifts, craft hot sauces, jerky, nuts, chips. I could list different things I remember seeing for thirty straight minutes and still not scratch the surface. I'm just gonna say there are more than twenty-six different varieties of sleeping bags for you to test out if that's what you're into. More than worth checking out if you have a free afternoon!
