  • Slowest internet ever (.02 Mbps) and the worst customer service I've experienced so far and I had to deal with the "supervisor" how these people get their jobs I do not know. Not to mention the technician that installed everything didn't actually install anything, they sure kept the installation fee though! If I could give charter negative stars I would.
