  • When looking for a nail spa that is of quality and service, I look for consistency from the first time to the tenth time I visit; sadly Mystic does not deliver that consistency. Since my tradition of coming to Phoenix for the occasional girls weekend, we've been looking for a salon that we can count on each time... earlier this year we thought we had found one. As I drive 3 hours to get here, getting to a nail spa in time for a Friday night pedi can be tough but I was relieved to see on Mystic's website that they were open til 8pm, WRONG! After driving around the parking lot for 20 minutes to finally find a parking spot we arrived an hour plus before the advertised closing time to only get a vague reply as to whether we could get our nails done of 'probably not'... really? 'probably not'... what is that supposed to mean? We were informed that they close at 7pm and that the website had just not been updated... this is how you treat repeat customers? Well, not any more as I will not be repeating - we used 'yelp' (thank you Yelp!) and found V Nails --- a sight for sore eyes, look to the review I give them!! Will we go back to Mystic? 'probably not' ... sorry Mystic, you've lost a once repeat, high tipping customer! Just didn't like the customer service and the 'side' of attitude that came with it.................
