  • I had the same experience as others who have posted here. I made an appointment for a couple's massage with my husband and when we showed up, I was told we didn't have an appointment. There was a record that we had called but the person I talked to on the phone didn't set it up correctly or something. It was so disappointing because I had rearranged my whole day to leave work early and it was supposed to be a surprise for my husband. I'll never go back.
