  • Fresh-made sandwich by a guy/gal behind the counter. Pick your meat and style from a long list of options, and you get a HUGE helping of fries and slaw stuffed inside the thing itself. All that goodness for way under $10? This is a Pittsburgh legend, no two ways about it. The Oakland one is good for convenience (thinking about the college crowd here), and service is friendly. Sure you can nitpick about the quality and cleanliness of the place, but you're not here for fine dining. You're here to load up on some cheap eats to stave off that winter chill.
