  • DO NOT GO HERE!!! I would give this business a 0 if I could. I purchased a Fusion from this location in 2013 when it was under Keith Hawthorne Ford. At the time the service I received was amazing. Then the ownership changed hands once and then a 2nd time now to Felix Sabates. My headaches with this place started almost 3 years ago when I began to have some major technical issues with my car and I had to bring it back dozens of times for 2 years before they finally figured out the problem (which by the way is what I kept saying was the problem). Then last November I brought my car in for an oil change, since I have a service plan for 2 oil changes a year. The service associate asked me if I have a copy of my plan with me - which I did not because I've never had a problem before why should I now. He went to the sales team and "found my plan and it was for 4 years so had expired". I paid for my service and went home. When I got home I found my service plan and it does not expire in 4 years, it expires in 60 months which is 5- so I should have oil changes through August 2018. So today I had an appointment to bring my car in for another oil change and brought a copy of my Maintenance Plus Service plan with me. The service associate typed on his computer a little, and said it isn't in here. Then took my keys to go check the mileage and came back and typed some more. Now I told him before he went to check my mileage if he didn't honor this plan I'm leaving- I am not giving them my business. He did nothing to figure out how he could honor this Maintenance plan when clearly I have one because the paperwork is right in front of him. I took my documents and my keys and left. I am done with the horrible service here and will not ever take my business back there and will be sure tell anyone looking to purchase a car to not come here. It is one thing to have one instance of bad service, but to have bad service over and over again? Oh and the fact I paid for this service plan and its not getting honored?
