  • When you rent a home, you also rent the property manager by extension. Glad to have rented from this company for about 2 years, my Dog LT did some damage to the home and I knew my security deposit would take a hit. They communicated every step of the return process very well and my remaining deposit return was fair considering everything. I loved how they took detailed photos and reports on my move in and it was referenced on move out when the owner wanted to charge me for some additional damages. Definitely saved my butt. Makhail and Eric were always available and easy to talk to. Any time an issue came up or I had a question, I got a prompt response. It felt great knowing we weren't just faceless people they were collecting rent from.
