  • DO NOT BOOK HERE! IF YOU ARE THINKING OF BOOKING HERE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! This was, quite possibly, the worst hotel I have ever checked into in my entire life. From start to finish, there are not enough words to describe what an absolute trash dump this place is. We arrived to check in just after 4:00 and were told we would need to wait until they cleaned enough rooms. While waiting, it was easy to see that the couches were disgustingly dirty with stains of unknown origins. After finally getting a room 20 minutes later, we headed up to the second floor and found our key card didn't work. We went back down, got a new key card and opened the door, only to find that the room was not clean in any way, shape or form. We had to wait an additional 15 minutes to be given a "clean" room, although I suspect that no room in this establishment would qualify as "clean". Against our better judgement, we took the kids down to swim in the pool and found another heap of problems. The elevator ride down included passing by bags of trash sitting on the floor. The pool was not heated and was freezing cold because a side door to the outside was left wide open. The pool looked unclean, there was a glob of some sort of mystery goo on the ceiling above the pool and the water reeked. We were in the pool room for less than 5 minutes when we decided that we had to leave for our own safety. We informed the front desk that we would be checking out and expected a full refund. They apologized and said (for the 100th time) they were short on staff. They said they would refund the credit card, but we had to follow up a week later when the credit still didn't show. Please do not stay here. It really should be shut down for a variety of reasons, some of them downright dangerous.
