  • I recently took my sons bike in to get checked out because it was making some crazy noises. They kept the bike overnight to do some minor repairs and they advised me there would be a minimal fee to do these repairs so I agreed to have it done. My son got a call the next day to let him know that the bike was actually damaged to the point that the repairs would cost more than the bike was worth. I went in the next day to get the bike and pay for the work they had done. The wonderful staff stated that they felt bad for not being able to repair it like promised and advised me that there would be no charge. They were very professional from start to finish and seemed to be driven to exceed in customer service. I would highly recommend this shop!
