  • I like the school itself. The campus is nice and I have had awesome professors. However, the financial aid office is a complete disaster. I have been given the run around for a year. The staff doesn't communicate with one another, so when you call in you will receive different information every time. Once you feel like you have submitted every financial document that you have; they manage to find some more to ask for. Once I finally submitted all of my documents one of them told me that I should be receiving award letter by the end of the week and if not, give them a call. Of course, the letter never came. When I called back, a different staff member, told me that I needed to submit a SAP form for my aid to be considered. I submitted the form yesterday and received an email today saying that my appeal was being sent back to me because my probation was revoked so I need to earn it back on my own. If that's what I need to do, fine. But it would have been nice to know that a year ago before I went through all of the extra stress.
