| - Here are the facts about this place, keep in mind I visited Dr. Langer over a period of 10 months (all throughout my pregnancy and the 1 appointment afterward). In all about 12 visits. I was waiting until this horrible experience was over to fully review her and her shady practice.
1. I was NEVER able to see Dr. Langer in less than 1 hour of my appointment time. Always the same excuses, the same BS. The staff there are so de-sensatized about myself and others asking what the point is of having an appointment at 2:00pm and it being 2:50 pm and I am STILL in the front waiting area that they don't even bat an eyelash making up a lie. They treat this incredible lack of respect for my own time as NORMAL - how rude!!!
2. Dr. Langer is nothing special, and certainly not of the caliber other people have reviewed her to be. She is certainly not worth the frustration and total waste of time of having to set aside HOURS out of my day to see her.
3. There has NEVER been a single occasion where I actually received a phone call that was promised to discuss lab results. When confronted about this to the Doctor and to the staff - their reply was that they called and they actually discussed everything with me and so apparently I am the delusional one. Again, never taking responsibility for their inactions.
4. Heaven forbid you ever come into contact with the front desk woman with the big afro. She will treat you like she is doing you a favor and that YOU actually need to be nice to HER. Again, a display of the backward mentality that exists at this place.
5. Oh Dear God, please don't get me started on the billing issues. The endless and most deceptive billing practises that I have ever come across at a medical office. I have enough proof to actually contact the Attorney General of Arizona on how shady this place is and how they attempt to double-charge and over-charge EVERY TIME. I had multiple discussions with them about this. Each time the end result was, "Oops, sorry about that."
6. Their online system is so frustrating also because you will receive countless emails telling you that there is a message from your doctors office for you waiting. Ok, I log in, go to the message area and nothing. Happened about 3-4 times a week for almost a year. WTF?!? Why, why, why on earth would anyone set up a computer system so stupid as to annoy people and waste their time throughout the day by thinking a message was sent each time and nothing. I really wanted to ignore these emails but I couldn't, each time I thought maybe there really is a message. Nope, NEVER.
