  • AAFES on the Air-force base runs this location so it is not ran like other Starbucks. Employees are disgruntled and don't receive the same good benefits and training as employees at other locations in town. An employee confirmed this to me when I asked her why they don't hire a few more people to pick up the pace and create better working conditions leading to a higher level of customer service. Employees get very stressed when it is busy. It's a bummer because it's such a high traffic area on base and all the coffee lovers are used to the good service they usually receive at other locations in town.
