  • I been to this location for over 5 years , since they were located on longmore st by fiesta mall . Everything was always great they always gave a great customer service in that specific location. After they moved to Alma school and southern Ive gone twice and I've also recommend so many people . One of the person I recommended was my mother in law . She doesn't not speak English she understands it but doesn't speak it they reschedule her appointment twice because there was no one who spoke Spanish that could help her I guess their policies are that if you want to get help you need to take someone who's bilingual to help you out or else you can reschedule again .. this made me very upset the girls through the phone are always rude and try to rush you. The day I went with my mother and law to her appointment we met with a lady who spoke Spanish i didn't catch her name that day but she help us out and was super nice . my mother and law got her glasses and she was happy. But the reason why I'm real upset today is because my mom has been here for couple years here we liked their service I've recently gotten married and have my own family and I can always be with my mom in her appointments.. disregarding what my mother in law when through my mom needed new glasses so I decided to make an appointment for her ... her appointment was today I couldn't be there with her so she went with my brother . When they got there my mom asked for someone that spoke Spanish and a girl on the front looked at a Spanish speaking lady and the lady said no .. that there wasn't anyone that spoke Spanish with her clearly speaking Spanish . Like lady they could see in your face the Mexican flag ! They told my mom that if she didn't have anyone spoke Spanish she could reschedule her appointment because they couldn't help her .. my brother been a little insecure about his English said he could do it . And they got mad ... they wanted to go home early lol ... then few minutes lady ROSY P. Comes speaking Spanish and asks my mom how she's doing and if she's finish with the paper work .. my mom tells her thank you for helping her and that she's glad that someone does speak Spanish . They told us that the way the company works is that you must have someone who speaks Spanish to get help . Racism still exist a company that has Spanish speaking workers and doesn't let them speak Spanish is just disgusting. But it's more disgusting when you can speak Spanish and try to hide or refuse your service. From today on I'll be talking my mother and law and my mother and mine servíce somewhere else . American best you're racist !
