  • They suck, I ordered rims online for my car and the expected time of arrival was 2 days from when I ordered them. No biggie but after 3 days I called to get a update on my rims and the lady that answered said it would be 3 weeks. So I cancelled my order and the very next day they called and told me they were ready for pick up. I will NEVER use pep boys for anything.
