  • Unless you have an easy fix and are within a few miles of their business call someone else. They were a referral for my industrial roll up door and when I called and left a message, (several days earlier) I mentioned right away I was in Peoria and do they go that far? I was assured over the phone no problem but after making an appointment and me setting time aside for them to come to my home they spent the next few days trying to get out of the appointment by asking me if I was sure I knew what I was talking about, if I knew the difference between a roll up door and a regular garage door, then hinting that it was probably locked and I guess since I am a woman I wouldn't know the difference. All of it incredibly insulting and when that didn't work they threw a huge trip charge at me so I would cancel the appointment. I would have preferred to be told I am too far and they would have to pass.
