  • Well if you want a company that will come to your home, eyeball your pool and try to convince you that yes, it's normal to lose 10 inches of water 3-4 times a week due to evaporation (????)and insist that you are wrong, despite the fact that the water has never leaked below the skimmer - although the water never "evaporates" past that point, oh and take payment and walk away without finding a leak then pelican bay is great at that. Oh and they are great at calling you back and berating you and telling you that you are stupid and don't have a leak. Then what you should do is call leak detectives who found the leak in the skimmer, the same place you were CERTAIN that it wasn't. Hear this - I will continue to write bad reviews and tell every single person I know about your complete lack of service and professionalism - for a long long time.
