  • Not a great hotel. No fridge, free water, or free wifi in room. What, exactly, does the resort fee include, then? Everything was extremely bare bones. Our room wasn't even cleaned one day, despite not having the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. The pool area is entirely too small with not enough lounge chairs. Too many "reserved" cabanas sit unused while everyone else has to fight for a lounge chair. Rooms are clean and the location is good. Still would not go back.
