  • IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE NUMBER I WOULD Over the course of three or four years I spent thousands of dollars at Southwest Dental of Tempe. Dr. Mazer is the best Periodontist there is, Dr Falkiani is the best orthodontist!!! However, I dealt with Dr Berger in early 2009 and he put 2 crowns on 2 teeth that did not need them. With Dr Mazer's help the general dentist offiice offerred the 1500.00 to be a credit in the office. I was dealing with the Ortho and the Perio for all of my aoppointments for three years. I went back in September of 2014 and had x-rays taken and was going to talk about payment I spoke with a woman named Brittany. Because it had been some time since my last visit they "archived" my file. BRITTANY was very very rude in the office to me while we were working on the solution to this. I continued to call and leave messages waiting and waiting for someone to call me back to get resolution. I spoke with BRITTANY again. AGAIN BRITTANY was horribly rude and blew off the issue at hand. She stated that she would have to call me back and when I mentioned that calling me back is the answer each time we work on this and I never get a call back, she stated that I will not be getting the refund (when it is actually a credit). She stated that I could hold but it would be about 30 minutes as her patient was there, she was just trying to help me. The fact that this office is inefficient and offered no assistance to figure out how this will get corrected. I am not asking the office to hand me a check, I am asking them to do what they said they would do. I will continue to work on this issue and continue to tell people about how people who work for this company treat their clients. 1. A dentist who does work on teeth that don't need it and charging hundreds of dollars not only to the insurance, but a huge out of pocket to clients 2. An office person who is rude and unable to find solutions for people. I would advise that you look for another business to do your general dentistry.
