  • My son has had his hair cut here twice and myself once with good results. Decent haircut for a great price and not too long of a wait. Think our stylists were Gabriella and Sharon. Today I called in at 3:30 and made an appointment for a haircut at 5. Arrived exactly at 5 and was told the wait would be 35-40 because they took a walk-in color. Could I come back at 5:30? No, I'm not coming back at all. I realize the color is a more expensive service however this was a poor decision on her part to not honor my time slot. 5-10 minutes is no big deal, I understand the nature of their business requires them to be flexible to allow for walk-in clients. I did not get her name...
