  • This is the best place to stay in downtown charlotte,NC. The staff is great, and the rooms are always perfect. Tanisha and Chris are amazing. They were so friendly and inviting when we got to the hotel. Danielle at the bar is awesome as well. It was our anniversary and it was definitely one we will never forget thanks to those 3 individuals.
