  • This review is based 100% on the estimate process. I called and had some back and forth with Fidencio to schedule a time for him to come over to measure and brainstorm. He came a few days later, and did a quick walk thru of our yard, and even though we said we wanted to get moving quickly, and that he was our final estimate, he told us he was really busy, that he'd get us an estimate in 10 days or so. He also said if we wanted to pay, he could turn it around in 2 days. He barely shared any ideas or thoughts with us, and while he was nice enough, my husband and I both felt he wasn't very interested in the job. Obviously, we've chosen another company to do the work.
