  • I've been here on two separate occasions and neither for their printing services. 1. Had a UPS parcel pick up here and the service was fast and friendly and had no issues picking up my item 2. I had a fedex parcel that needed to be shipped and FedEx's site location tool online pointed me here. When I got there I noticed the sign on the door saying they were an authorized fedex dealer. Great. Well not so great, they informed that if I wanted to drop the parcel their for pick up that they would charge me $5 for this service. Grumble! Although the girl at the counter was friendly, I find this fee really silly and ended up driving to nearby staples in west hills to use their fedex drop off box for free. Oh well, know better for next time.
