rev:text	I moved into one of their properties 30 days ago and continue to deal with several issues they should have been addressed before move in. Before I even signed they lease they assured me all would be taken care of however upon move in the place wasn't even cleaned correctly, several electrical issues, mold, Unit wasn't cleaned an no proper HVAC circulation. Its been 30 days and they have yet to fix all issues pertaining to the apartment. I have escalated issues form the Assistant Kourtney to Property Manager Alicia but still nothing. They also put an old and very dated washer and dryer in the unit which is not functional and finally after weeks of arguing have agreed to remove it so i can get my own because they won't fix it. I need to bring in my own set but they are ignoring my requests for them to come get the actual unit. I just want to finally enjoy my own home which I am paying rent for. If the unit was inspected and cleaned properly to begin with we wouldn't be at this point. Beware!!
