Marvin sold us a SUV and cut to the chase on the pricing and the different options available. The sales manager is quite direct as well, but at least you know the price up front. The sales service including the second and third visits was excellent. I like their central location and convenience, especially if you need service or get a flat tire and need to tow there.
There is individual attention throughout the process, which is to be expected when you are dealing with a luxury brand anyway.
Be warned, there isn't much room for haggling or trying to get a rock-bottom deal here. Audi is a type of "lifestyle" brand now, so it serves them well to keep prices high and negotiation at a minimum. I recommend that buyers wait for a major sales event like Season of Audi and be sure to try to get some other extras such as accessories, or discounts on service packages for the money you are going to spend anyway.
Highly recommend this dealership along with Audi Henderson; each of them excel in their own way. Ask for Marvin on the sales floor.
