  • Been a customer since 2007 bought 3 cars there and as of today will never return to that place again. I left my Passat for service there yesterday I called20+ times today they are disconnecting me and not giving me a chance to ask about my car or tell them to not even touch it because I will take it to a different dealership! Last time I was there they did run diagnosis on my ac since it didn't work and told me it's working fine and there is nothing to fix and that I have to pay 100$ for diagnosis that "every kyung is ok" I refused to pay because I know it didn't work and the same lady that is not returning my calls today told me in a very rude mean tone that I still have to pay and I still refused. Long story short I didn't pay for the diagnosis but that's the reason why they are not picking up today and not calling me back. Btw I took my car to a d fervent service and they fixed my AC as it was broken even tho at the dealership they just wanted me to pay for diagnosis and told me everything is good with it when it obvious wasn't working at all. Sad it ended like this because we have been going there for over 10 years but they way they treated me today they will never have my business again.
