  • Our salesman was helpful. We made a good deal but while we were in the process of paying, they said they CANNOT sell the furniture WITHOUT the buying the protection plan! What??? It was never mentioned to begin with and considering we are returning customers and purchased $4200 worth of furnitures 3 months ago. First time I heard that I as a customer cannot buy the furniture that was promised to me cause of a protection plan. BAD STORE!
