I'm only putting 5 stars for the employee who helped me when I went in - not the company.
When I called in to order service the little sh** on the phone lied and told me a different price. I came into the store to pay my bill and ask about the pricing. The girl who helped me (I'm bad with names. I think her name was Jennifer? Or Melissa? Two opposites, I know but whatever. Anyways ) told me what time pricing was, broke down the bill and also told me she could upgrade my internet speed for no monthly price change or anything. Sweet! Might as well, right?
I paid my bill after she set it up to be changed 4x faster than what I have now and I went on my merry little way. Thanks!!
