rev:text	So upsetting with this chapel! Recently booked this chapel last month, & was NOT satisfied. If your VOWS are as important to you as they were to me, I would NOT book this chapel. I booked this chapel a few days before my wedding date, canceling a different chapel I had already paid for before simply because I loved the chapels here, well I wish I hadn't ! My husband is like any other guy not very good with words , so for him to take the time to write vows for me meant the world to me ! Well he didn't even get to say them! Despite speaking with someone in the office who told me to SEND THEM to my planners email, so that she could handle it . Well my planner was OUT of office!!! & you would THINK that they would have someone else handle your situation.. NOPE , & our limo driver was late, granted there was an accident on the freeway BUT That meant myself and my wedding party had to be RUSHED! Our pictures had to be rushed because they had to get the next party in and out to take pictures , so we had to suffer as well... This day was just a complete MESS & I DO NOT RECCCOMEND this chapel.. THEN on top of all of this! They shove envelopes with "suggestive" tip amounts! This day was so SHITTY we should of tipped everyone ZERO except our driver who did his best to get us there on time, despite an issue on the freeway! I Called to see if they could do anything for our troubles and they said they would call back which they NEVER did, I called them asking about a resolution for the issue and they said they didn't call me back because NO they couldn't do anything for me, they didn't see a problem, my vows should have been turned in 5 days before my wedding HELLOOOOO! I booked my wedding literally 4 or 5 days prior . & YOU said you WOULD accommodate me in which you DIDNT ! This chapel is all about the MONEY, they Nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING they don't give a F*CK what happens on your day! Because if they did they would have accommodated us & kept their word which they DIDNT!!!!!! Please save yourself a headache and go ELSEWHERE ! like I wish I had. WORST CHAPEL EVER.
