rev:text	If I could give this company negative stars I would. So completely frustrated with their terrible customer service and complete lack of interest in customer loyalty. About 4 years ago my daughter spent over$15,000 on a sectional, bed and other items. She purchased the bed and was told at the time their policy was if she moved they would move it for her. Unfortunately my daughter became ill a couple years ago and the bed had to go into storage. Just brought the bed to our house and I called asking if I could PAY whatever amount they deemed fair to have a technician put the bed together and calibrate it. Was told by the furniture department they didn't see why that couldn't be done but after two extremely rude customer service people and the service department I was told in no way shape or form is that anything that they offer even if I pay. I called the store to speak to the manager and the operator refused saying he wasn't in. I asked when I could call back and she wouldn't tell me. She offered to send me to a furniture manager but when I told her why I was calling she very rudely said well we just don't do that, " it's not their policy ". So basically doesn't matter who I talk to you I can't get any help. No purchases will ever be made from this company again. Doesn't seem like the right thing to offer a service then not honor it when a customer needs it. Especially one willing to pay. To be fair, they referred me to an outside service but when the person answers the phone and says junk hauling and furniture delivery it makes me sure a little nervous for them to work on a $7000 bed.
