6 employees, 2 of them busy with other customers. 4 of them look at us and do nothing. Waited 15 minutes.
A little break down. One employee was focused on washing the stainless steal fridges. . . . So you've communicated customers are not top priority. Another stood there by the register, hands in pocket. A third looks at us, washes hands. But 30 seconds later, still no communication or willingness to serve.
When the nostalgia wears out, you only have customer service to carry you. Probably need to get this fixed. Good luck.
