  • I'm giving them one star because that is the lowest rating I can. My story reads much like the other one star ratings, initial sales pitch promises the moon, eliminate the electric bill etc. Reality is an undersized system that barely pays its own bill, much less decrease the electric bill. Contacted Solar City, got the "Too bad, you signed a contract" speech. Thought I was getting a 10KW system, but only got a 4KW inverter hooked to 5KW panels. Stay away from Solar City!!
