  • We have been here six weeks and I want to like this place but I can't it's a dump. There are a few positive things that I will start with. Sabrina in the office is nice and I find her professional. She follows through on things like maintenance requests. The location is great as it's a short drive to work, shopping, entertainment. Our neighbors are very nice. The bad : the apartment had roaches from day one, it was filthy on move in with dead bugs in cabinets. Clearly no one did a walk through before giving us the keys. There is an electrical problem that has had maintenance here 3 or 4 times but our outlets go out frequently along with the fridge. Now to be fair they have tried to fix it but at this point I'm just hoping to make it to the end of our lease without tearing my hair out. No one and I mean no one picks up after their dogs. I've no less than 20 piles of dog shit outside our apartment . We don't have any dogs. Now I don't expect perfection and I can overlook cosmetic issues but this place needs to be cleaned up. Clearly the company doesn't care as no one seems to care that pets are allowed out unsupervised. This could be a decent place to live but the effort isn't there.
