  • I called to get a simple quote. They first asked for my first and last name and then asked me to spell both. I reluctantly did. Then they asked me for my phone number. I stated that I didn't want to give out my number as I was just shopping around for some quotes. I was told that they could not give me a quote unless they had my number. I told her that I just called Advanced Auto Glass and they gave me a quote without any questions. The lady said, "Okay thank you." And hung up. Any company that won't give me a quote without all my personal info is not for me.
