  • I think that navy federal in Las Vegas has a prejudicial side. I am bipolar ADHD and suffer from severe depression. My anxiety is outta control and i am also losing my memory and I ama only 44 yrs of age. I even come in with my Service dog when I go to the branch. But no where in my documents did I see that I needed to bring in a doctors note for all this. I always for years lose things and it is getting worse instead of cutting me off blindsighted why not find out the situation. Take care of your people instead of penalizing them. I have been banned for a year from getting a debit card from a branch but EVERY time I call I'm told to go into a branch. EVERY time . So when does the brainchild get penalized? Maybe an issue for the news cause I can't ever get help from anyone there.since then I have had Help from one employee that of course was not at the location . Her name was Lacrecia. She has went over and beyond to listen and help. But the location still gets away with its predjudice I have asked for the reason my add on to my account was not given his access # and given no answer . Why he couldn't get his debit to take care of me and nothing. Just predjudice is all it is .im sick of trying to embrace my illnesses when businesses make it hard like this business . They are PREJUDICE and as usual the complaints department is just sending me right back to the people that have done this to me. Right back to the branch
