| - These guys went above and beyond. When you first walk in, you get the impression that they want to help you find a car for you. They aren't pushing what you don't want down your throat. These guys are more customer service than sales people. They aren't commission based, so they don't care what you buy, just want to make sure you get what YOU want.
Anyway, Ryan and Andrew took good care of me. I had been going back and forth between LHM Avondale and Surprise. If you are in the market for a vehicle, talk to these guys first. You may try shopping around, but you'll probably end up back at LHM Avondale like I did. After haven't talked to Andrew for two weeks, I called to talk to him on an off day. He answered his phone anyway. It blew me away when he remembered me and the truck I was trading in.
I came back in the next day and they got me a killer deal. One of those deals that comes around once in a lifetime. Ryan and Andrew had the paperwork all filled out quickly. Financing tries pushing their extended warranties pretty hard (as you would expect a dealership to) but signing was quick. Maybe 5 minutes of sitting in the financing office? When I was done, the truck was all fueled up, fluids topped off, shinning pretty, and ready to hit the road.
Overall, a great experience. I will be back in the future for a Durago for the wifey. I hope LHM Avondale finds a way to keep Ryan and Andrew around for a while. Thanks guys!
