  • Patrick & Gilbert are awesome !!! .. They are very friendly. I have a 5 year warranty on my Battery went back to JiffyLube at W Charleston FortApache where I bought it. Nobody wants to help me because of their computer not working so I went to this station. There computer also not working. But Patrick tried to help me and did the job done. He come to find out that the battery that was sold to me was a bad one not even there's So he made some calls... He even call his District Manager to fix the problem.. When he comeback to see me he had a battery for my car.. So thank you Patrick & Gilbert for being helpful.. Tomorrow I'll comeback to get my oil change.. Hopefully the computer will up by then
