I don't know why I keep going to El Pollo Loco. Their. chickens are tiny, I have never had a chicken breast that wasn't dry, and the way the chop them up there are little pieces of bone where you wouldn't expect it. Their salsa bar is mediocre at best with the mild salsa looking almost the same as the pico de gallo. They are blah. Their side dishes are good but the corn has red peppers which doesn't work. What I do like is the flavor of the marinade they use on the chicken. It is unique and I wish I could buy it, however it just isn't good enough to make me go to El Pollo Loco anymore. I wish they could figure out how to cook chicken so it came out moist.
