rev:text	I recently visited Oliver Smith just to browse some watches (I'm a "watch nerd"). I was warmly greeted and treated as if I was the only customer in the store. Usually the staff in these types of ultra-high-end jewelry stores are pretentious and will only pay attention to you if you wear a Rolex and a blazer or drive a very expensive car, but this place was different. Even after I told their watch specialist (George) that I wasn't going to buy today, he treated me the same. They've earned my loyalty - next time I buy a watch, I'll definitely do it here.
