  • My fiance and I go to the Matthews, Bonefish often as their food is outstanding and never have a complaint. The only reason we want to write this review is to make sure the manager that night, Julie, gets credit for being amazing. About a week ago we went to Bonefish and unfortunately the service was not up to par at all. I told my fiancee we were sitting at the invisible table. We didn't ask for a manager because we know every night is not perfect. The waitress must have known that we were not happy with our service and our food. We didn't ask for a manager but the waitress sent the manager our way. I have had poor service at other restaurants and the manager may come over say I'm sorry and discount your food and go about their way. Julie had exceeded our expectations. She was so friendly and apologetic and she was so concerned with how we were treated and wanted to make sure we received the service that we always come to expect. It was like we were talking to a good friend. Kudos to you!
