  • Had to update the review because I was too fast on the trigger -- after two very good cleanings with their top team, the owner emailed me that the team leader was out sick and she indicated they could send another lead, which would be good for backup anyway. However, the other staffperson has the same name as the staffperson from the team familiar with my job, and since it made sense that the familiar person should be available while their partner was out sick, I noted that point and therefore agreed to the sub. As it happens, there are several people with that name working there and this was not the familiar one -- ergo I lost a substantial amount of time from my work retraining the new team. The owner made no correction of my misunderstanding of who would be there that day when she confirmed the time in reply to the same email where I indicated I was okay with the sub because the other person was familiar with my job... and I found out the team leader was not sick at all so that was outright deceit -- it appears they have a classic bait and switch operation.
