  • Very slow and apathetic service staff. It's great if you don't mind waiting for a VERY long time for the simplest service. Whatever you do, don't leave the store expecting them to work on your car while you are gone, they won't. It'll get pushed to the back of the line. You're much better off going to Costco where the service is top-notch and the prices much better.
