  • This review is less about the actual cab ride and more about the reservation beforehand. I worked with Francisco to reserve the 12 person minibus both over the phone and via email. He did a very poor job at responding to my emails, and anytime I called dispatch to address this problem I was assured that everything was fine and the driver would call me. On the actual day of service, the driver never called to confirm and I found out (again, after pestering dispatch) that the details I had communicated to Francisco via email a week in advance were not passed along to my reservation record at Apache. The driver had gone to the wrong address. The credit card authorization that I had submitted to him 10 days in advance was not used and the riders had to pay for themselves. To top it off, I now have no idea what is going to happen to my credit card authorization because for 7 days no one has responded to my requests about cancelling it. I have had an awful experience at Apache and would not recommend them to anyone.
