  • I've used Patrick Riley to service the heat pump on three of my properties and they will continue being my first call for all AC issues. They are in a class of their own for their honesty, integrity, prompt service and fair pricing. Unlike some of their competitors, they haven't once tried upselling me on a brand new unit. When I called them last night at 5:33 with a service request, Chris was already calling me back at 6:13 with a complete diagnosis and cost for repair! (Didn't even think they'd be arriving that quick, let alone diagnosing it so fast!) Oliver and Freddy have both done tune-ups on a couple of my other properties, providing comprehensive reports and recommendations at a very reasonable cost. This is so much better than just hearing from a glorified salesman at one of the bigger companies telling me "your system is old, it's time for a new one, I can give you a deal for $XXXX if you buy it today."
