  • I knew there was a reason I didn't bank with B of A! This location is particularly bad and always has minimal staff. Today was ridiculous. Went in with a friend to pay off their mortgage loan. Initially, one of several personal bankers (none of whom were helping customers) waved us over when we said we were there about a mortgage account. He looked at the certified check (from WF) and then dismissed us. Said since it was a payoff the regular cashiers could take it and gestured to the line. There were twelve people ahead of us, ONE cashier...on a Friday....at 3:00 pm. Ummm, no thanks, we'll go to a different branch tomorrow. We'd just been at WF across the street to get the certified funds and our took a total of 2 minutes.They had 5 cashiers, 4 available personal bankers and NO line. At least one big bank "gets it" but it's definitely not B of A!
