  • This is to update my last bad review of the service at this dealership! If you are looking to purchase a vehicle here do not be fooled by their sales people look elsewhere!!!!!! We have had ongoing issues since the day we signed the papers for our jeep. They gladly took our money and provided great customer service until the paperwork was signed. I received a message asking me to call them in regards to my posted review. I called....no one called back. So I called again a month later. I was just told on the phone they never received my first message "we must be having phone issues". It's 2015 messages left on a voice mail don't just disappear. I was told the fact that we had to chase down and constantly call was unacceptable but never once received an apology. When telling him about the fact that they charged our warranty we paid for when they shouldn't have I was told they wouldn't have, that they only would have charged the factory warranty. I will get proof of this and post it as well. NEVER BUY HERE!!!!
