  • Wow what can I say, there's so much but let's just get through the basics. I brought in my car for repair and when I get it back I'm missing my subwoofers AND they broke one of my window visors so of course I say something. They tell me they're gonna work on giving me some kickers so I'm like ok that's fine I don't care what I get as long as I have bass, and then they said they are gonna order some new window visors for me, so that was fine too... no one contacted me for 2 weeks so I go down there speak with the manager Marie and she said that she will contact corporate and to come back in 3-4 days if she doesn't call me. So she doesn't call so I go down there, then she tells me it's been APPROVED and that she just has to do paper work so I'm like ok cool! (This is the time I wrote that good review that I just took down) then no one contacted me for another 2 weeks, I call Marie but she's in a meeting so I leave a message asking about when and how I will get the money from what was approved and to give me a call back. 2 days go by and no call so I call again. She answers and says that they need a receipt to approve it... of course I don't have a receipt i bought it 6 years ago.. she said she is trying to inform them and see what she can do. Then i forgot to mention the window visors that THEY broke so I call back and now she's "in a meeting" (literally called right back after we hung up) so I left a message for the front desk lady to give her. It's been weeks and I still don't get ANY calls from them. To my conclusion Marie is the worst manager ever, she never returns my calls and I feel like through this whole process she was lying to me, and there is some ghetto things either happening in the shop or around the shop. (Got my car back mid January.. it's April now) Here are more details if you want to know: when I informed marie that someone stole my subwoofers she responded, " I've had the same crew for years and no one would ever do that"... ok well either there's a first time for everything or It could've happened when you guys parked my car outside? Maybe forgot to lock it?.. and when we spoke about pricing for my subwoofer, amplifier, and window visors, we came out to a total of $300. ONLY $300 even though everything when I purchased it cost way more! Also the time when I called Marie about the approved money and she said they wanted a receipt, I asked her and said, "ok well what happens if they keep pushing you for the receipt that I can't give you?" She responded with, "I don't know....(long pause) then I might have to bring this up with my boss" haha like wow ok 1. How do you respond to someone saying I don't know haha and 2. Why wasn't your boss informed before?? Haha but whatever I gave up on these guys, they have a poster in there saying they don't wanna be named service king, they wanna be the king of service... I am very dissatisfied overall..
