  • Criminals who hire shifty contractors. I was their customer for only a week. Called in my first work order, had to call back 2 days later because a plumber never called me as promised. When he finally did, he started walking me through one of several potential ways to fix the problem (no...you do it). Called in about this, they didn't know why I couldn't just take he long drawn out advice. When we did call back to schedule an appt.. We got offered a very narrow window because he "doesn't live anywhere near us." When we asked for a different time, he said he'd have to charge us more than the warranty fee for that. The nerve! Called in to cancel. I'd been a customer for a week. Asked for full refund, and they tried to charge a $50 processing fee! Really? Manager finally waived it. Will Never do business with them again
